REGISTRATION FORM

All members are required to complete and submit a registration form during the annual registration period.

Registration forms must be fully completed and returned to the committee in order for membership to remain current and active. Members who do not complete the registration process may be unable to participate in practices, performances, competitions, events, and other activities until their registration has been received and approved. This process ensures that member information, emergency contacts, and organisational records remain accurate and up to date.
